Bufala Fest
A Decade
of Excellence
of Excellence
Announcing the tenth edition of “Bufala Fest – not just mozzarella” is a source of great pride, as it represents the result of a journey dedicated to promoting and enhancing one of the greatest excellences of our territory: the buffalo supply chain. From the very first day, the goal was ambitious yet clear: to create a platform capable of telling the story of the extraordinary versatility of a gastronomic heritage that goes far beyond its iconic Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO.
Year after year, what began as a vision has become a solid reality. Bufala Fest has grown, evolving from a sector-focused event into a major fixture in the regional cultural and economic landscape, able to attract a broad and diverse audience. Over this decade, we have worked to promote awareness of outstanding products such as buffalo meat and the countless expressions of its milk, helping to strengthen recognition of their true value.
We have given a voice to producers, the true guardians of ancient knowledge, and provided a stage for the great interpreters of cuisine, whose creativity has elevated this raw ingredient to new heights of flavor. Today, Bufala Fest is not simply a food and wine showcase, but a virtuous ecosystem that brings together producers, chefs, institutions, and consumers.
It is a model of integrated territorial promotion, a driver for tourism, and a strategic asset that generates value for the entire community—always placing the principles of quality, sustainability, and innovation at its core.
This tenth edition, therefore, does not represent merely a milestone, but a new starting point. It is an opportunity to look to the future with renewed commitment, ready to face the challenges of internationalization and to continue in our role as ambassadors of an excellence that the whole world envies.

In 2026, “Bufala Fest celebrates the milestone of its 10th edition, doing so not only by looking back at the journey behind us, but above all by setting our gaze toward the horizon. Over a decade that has seen the buffalo supply chain grow, evolve, and establish itself, today more than ever we are called to face new and fundamental challenges. Therefore, the guiding theme of the tenth edition is Vision.
What is Vision today?
It is not just a word, but the most valuable strategic skill for every company and operator within the buffalo supply chain and the entire agri-food sector. Having Vision means possessing the clarity to read the present in order to anticipate the future; it means transforming threats into opportunities and uncertainties into action plans. Having Vision means having the ability to lead change, rather than endure it. We live in an era of accelerated transformation, where scenarios once considered distant have become our everyday reality. Having Vision means having the ability to lead change, rather than endure it. We live in an era of accelerated transformation, where scenarios once considered distant have become our everyday reality. Vision is the compass that allows us to successfully navigate the complexities and evolutions driven by:
• Global Markets: the dynamics of a highly competitive and constantly evolving market require innovative strategies to enhance the uniqueness of our products and reach increasingly informed and demanding consumers.
• Technological Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: AI and digitalization are no longer the future — they are the present. Having Vision means integrating these technologies to optimize production, ensure traceability, improve quality, and create new ways of storytelling and commercializing products.
• Green Transition: sustainability is no longer a choice, but an imperative. A strategic Vision translates it into concrete practices: animal welfare, circular economy, reduced environmental impact, and the enhancement of a responsible supply chain that becomes a tangible and communicable added value.
• Geopolitical Turbulence: international crises have a direct impact on supply chains, energy costs, and raw materials. Having Vision means building resilient supply chains, diversifying strategies, and ensuring business stability even in times of great uncertainty.

What They Say About Us
