REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE “BUFALA FEST – ALL FORMS OF TASTE” VILLAGE
NAPLES, PIAZZA MUNICIPIO, 2–6 SEPTEMBER 2026
Art. 1 – General Provisions
- These regulations govern access to and attendance within the “Bufala Fest – ALL FORMS OF TASTE” Village, which will take place in Naples at Piazza Municipio from 2 to 6 September 2026.
- Access to the Village implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
- Authorized personnel are responsible for enforcing these regulations and taking appropriate action in the event of any violation.
Art. 2 – Opening Hours
- The Village will be open to the public at the following times:
- Wednesday, 2 September: from 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Thursday, 3 September: from 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Friday, 4 September: from 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Saturday, 5 September: from 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Sunday, 6 September: from 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Opening hours may be subject to change due to force majeure or instructions issued by the competent authorities. Any changes will be communicated promptly through the event’s official channels.
Art. 3 – Access Policy
- Access to the Village is free of charge, except for the purchase of tasting tickets and participation in specific paid events.
- Access may be restricted if the maximum permitted capacity is reached, in order to ensure the safety of visitors.
- Security personnel may carry out checks at the entrance, including the use of metal detectors, and may inspect bags and backpacks. Refusal to undergo such checks will result in access to the Village being denied.
Art. 4 – Rules of Conduct
- Visitors are required to behave respectfully towards other people, the facilities and the surrounding environment while inside the Village.
- The following are prohibited:
- Bringing weapons, blunt objects, explosive or flammable materials, illegal drugs, or alcoholic beverages not purchased within the Village.
- Bringing animals into the Village, with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired persons.
- Engaging in disruptive, aggressive or violent behaviour.
- Damaging facilities, equipment or green areas.
- Carrying out unauthorized leafleting, promotional activities or sales.
- Lighting fires or using cooking appliances of any kind.
- In the event of conduct that violates these regulations, authorized personnel may order the immediate removal of the individual from the Village, without prejudice to the right to report the incident to the competent authorities.
Art. 5 – Safety and First Aid
- A first-aid station will be available within the Village and clearly indicated by appropriate signage.
- Visitors are required to follow the instructions provided by security personnel in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
Art. 6 – Minors
- Children and young people under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- The serving and sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
Art. 7 – Final Provisions
- The organizers accept no liability for injury to persons or damage to property resulting from failure to comply with these regulations.
- These regulations are displayed at the entrances to the Village and published through the event’s official communication channels.The organizers reserve the right to amend or supplement these regulations. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
Art. 8 – Photo and Video Release
- By entering the Village, every person, whether an adult or a minor, gives their consent, free of charge and without any limitation in time or territory, to the publication and use of their image, likeness or voice recorded within the Village, including through the press, television, social networks and/or any other communication or distribution channel.This consent also applies to the possible inclusion of such images, likenesses or recordings in promotional and/or commercial materials produced by the organizers.
